Partner Led Sales

Maximize compensation revenues with direct lead sales initiatives in a carrier agnostic approach to existing clients. Expand customer value proposition in a consultative sale approach by positioning connectivity as a core Insight product and solution. As customers expand 5G connectivity, Insight has a unique opportunity to provide connectivity while expanding core products, services and hardware sales.

Partner Sales Strategy
Partner Teaming Sales

Co-sell opportunities with carrier reps to open new doors, expand presence, and grow the product portfolio. Carrier reps bring their own customer relationships — Insight brings IT solutions and trusted brand equity. Together, both teams win more business than either could alone.

Carrier Rollout Sequence
  • 1 Initial Focus — T-Mobile Public Sector: Engage Senior Leadership, Directors, and Local Sellers nationally. Build the co-sell playbook and prove the model within the government, public safety and education vertical.
  • 2 Expand Across Segments: Take the proven T-Mobile model into Enterprise, Strategic, SMB, and Mid-Market. Align with T-Mobile's corresponding leadership, management and sales teams in each segment.
  • 3 Duplicate with All Carriers: Replicate the full carrier engagement model with AT&T and Verizon — similar playbook, same structure, expanded coverage across all three major carriers nationally.
